Outside of the workplace, employees are seldom not within arm's reach of a mobile device. It only makes sense that the training ecosystem reflects this reality.

Our recent rollout of our “Launch and Learn” QR codes has been a game-changer for onboarding and training. These QR codes allow supervisors to hurdle the often cumbersome, paper-based individual log-ins for onboarding and training. Instead, with a simple scan from a mobile device, they can instantly launch training, anywhere, at any time.

Scanning the codes also ensures that employee logins and training progress are tracked end to end, without needing to chase down a training logs binder.

Also, training admins can print out the QR codes and paste them around the workplace to center training exactly where the work takes place.

Faster Troubleshooting

Our platform was designed largely to empower employees to take the lead on training and safety issues, without having to run things up the flagpole and wait for a response. This same principle applies to admins, even across multiple locations with hundreds of employees.

Our recent admin quality of life updates help them skip the IT logjam and diagnose problems on the spot.

These updates include impersonation capabilities to allow admins to see what an employee sees on their screen and respond accordingly, drastically reducing response time. To expedite operations, we’ve also standardized visibility across courses, checklists, and assessments, so admins don’t have to learn different viewing methods. Whether assigning a course, grading an assessment, or reviewing a checklist, admins can do so using the same UI in one unified view.
