  • Each opens a dedicated dashboard with information and management tools specific to that object.
  • More intuitive navigation with fewer clicks.

3. New Positions Feature

  • Introduction of organization-wide Positions.
  • Position dashboards provide:
    • Filtering and search based on position
      • Making it easy to assign content to specific positions
    • CSV export based on positions
    • Direct access to user profiles within positions

4. Enhanced Region Management

  • Dedicated Region Dashboard.
  • Manage facilities and users within a region.
  • Improved user filtering and search.

7. New Regional and Facility Administrator Roles

  • Added Regional Admin role for administrators responsible for one or more facilities within a specific region.
    • Regional Admins have administrative access within an assigned region. They can manage users, learning assignments, reporting, assessments, internal audits, and corrective actions for every facility within their region. A Regional Admin may oversee multiple facilities but cannot access or manage locations outside of their assigned region. This role is ideal for regional managers responsible for compliance across several facilities.

  • Added Facility Admin role for administrators responsible for a single facility.
    • Facility Admins have administrative access for a single facility. They can manage facility users, learning assignments, reporting, assessments, internal audits, and corrective actions for their assigned location. Their access is limited to that facility, making this role ideal for supervisors, facility managers, or team leads.

  • Provides more granular administrative permissions without requiring full Organizational Admin access.
